A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full accommodation charge is payable.
Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with Hiša Brdo Guesthouse.
Any remaining balance is payable at the property.
Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard check-in: 15:00–20:00
Check-out: By 10:00
Early or late check-in may be accommodated by prior arrangement only, subject to availability.
An additional charge of €10 per hour or part of an hour applies to arrivals before 15:00 or after 20:00.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be agreed with us in advance. Late check-in cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation.
